Welcome to Stover’s Tree & Landscape! By using our website or hiring us for services, you agree to the following terms—basically, a friendly agreement that helps keep things clear, fair, and running smoothly for everyone.

1. Services & Scheduling

We do our best to show up on time, provide awesome service, and leave your yard better than we found it. That said, we reserve the right to withdraw or reschedule services (like if there’s a thunderstorm, equipment issues, or a tree full of angry raccoons—hey, it happens).

2. Payments & Quotes

Quotes are free, but services are not. All pricing will be discussed ahead of time and clearly stated—no surprise charges, no funny business. Payment is expected after services are completed unless we’ve agreed on something different beforehand. We accept various forms of payment, but unfortunately, leaves and good vibes don’t count as legal tender (yet).

3. Liability Stuff

We aim for top-quality, professional work, and we take every reasonable precaution to protect your home, your property, and our crew. That said, we're not liable for things beyond our control—like storm delays, accidental typos on our website, or a sudden tree-related surprise Mother Nature throws our way. If we ever do make a mistake, we’ll own it and make it right.

4. Copyright & Content

All content on this site (text, photos, tree puns, etc.) is owned by Stover’s Tree & Landscape unless otherwise noted. Please don’t steal it, repackage it, or sell it without permission. You’re welcome to share or quote us—just give us credit!

5. Being Respectful

We’re all about friendly, helpful service—and we ask that visitors and customers keep things respectful in return. That means using kind, constructive communication, and keeping things free of spam, inappropriate content, or anything that would make a tree blush. Let’s keep this a positive space for everyone.

6. Disabling Access

If someone’s misusing our site or reaching out in ways that are clearly off-topic or inappropriate, we reserve the right to limit or block access. It’s super rare, but we mention it just in case.

7. Changes & Updates

We might update these terms from time to time, especially if laws change or if we come up with even better jokes. We’ll always try to keep things transparent.

Return and Refund Policy

We get it—tree work isn’t exactly something you can box up and send back. Since our services involve time, labor, and nature itself, we don’t offer returns in the traditional sense. But! We do stand by our work.

Refunds

If the service you received doesn’t match what we agreed on in the original quote or scope of work, let us know—we’ll make it right. That could mean fixing the issue or, if needed, issuing a partial or full refund. Your satisfaction matters to us. If there's an issue, please contact us within 7 days of the service being completed. After that, we’ll assume you're happily enjoying your refreshed landscape.

No Refunds If...

If the work was completed as agreed and meets the expectations laid out in the quote, refunds won’t be available. We’re a small, family-run crew and we put in the effort to get it right the first time.
